I'm filling this survey in from a Daughters view for the care of my mother, My brothers and sisters were spoken to as a family regarding my mothers illness. I can't praise the care enough for their professional approach to my Mother the delicate way of handling my Mother with care and respect. We are a family with lots of nursing back grounds. So the care was under watch, full eyes, though they didn't know it. We are all so very grateful for Mums care, dignity , respect, if it is any consideration I don't think there is any way that you can improve on. Just keep up the good work.

We found that your team have been very careing and understanding of our situation and we couldn't wish for nicer people to talk to I feel that at last I have help which I needed and know I could ask them anything. Thank you so much.

We, as a family, were very pleased with the initial visit from the doctor and nurse. All our questions were answered respectfully with suggestions made for treating symptoms of no appetite, nausea and pain. The doctor liaised quickly with the GP and new medicines obtained within a few hours. She also arranged follow up hospital.

Lynette was excellent and explained all aspects of Dad's illness, medication & care. She was a great help at a very difficult time.
I long for the time it will be legal to stop the horrible final stages of suffering prior to death.

So far, the care and attention we have received has been excellent.
We have left messages on the atmosphere and had caus back within a few minutes each time. Thank you.
